Cancellation Policy

The Company may cancel the group in writing after the contract is signed and will be subject to the following terms:  If the notice is received above 30 days period to event, the company will be charged 30% of the total contracted revenue.  If the notice is received within 30 days period to event, the company will be charged 50% of the total contracted revenue.  If the notice is received within 15 days period to event, the company will be charged of 100% of the total contracted revenue.
