Cancellation Policy

The Client acknowledges that when the Hotel reserved accommodation and/or event space on behalf of the Client, the Hotel does so at the exclusion of other business. The Client also understands that the Client’s cancellation of this agreement will cause the Hotel to lose revenues associated with the sale of rooms, food, beverage and other Hotel services. The Parties agree that the exact loss cannot be determined at this time, thus the following cancellation charges are good faith estimates of losses the Hotel will suffer as a result of cancellation by the Client. In the event of cancellation covered by this section only, the charges set forth below will be due and payable as liquidated damages to the Hotel within thirty (30) days of the Hotel's invoice. The Hotel must be notified in writing and we will attempt to re-let the venue. The amount of any cancellation will be calculated on a percentage basis of the estimated total banqueting revenue based on provisional numbers as noted in this agreement. • 120 Days 50% of total contracted value • 90 Days 75% of total contracted value • 45 Days 100% of total contracted value Accommodation and Food & Beverage prices are based on the contracted number of guests. If numbers drop by more than 20%, prices may be revised.
