If you need assistance in finding contact information for the organization planning the event, please send an email to customercare@cvent.com including:

• The name of the event
• The date of the event
• The organization planning the event

If you are receiving an error or are having trouble registering for an event, please close down all browsers and try again. If you still have an issue, please send an email to customercare@cvent.com with the following information:

• Name of the event
• Date of the event
• The organization planning the event
• A detailed description of what happened
• A copy of the error code (if applicable)
