2017 HECAT Network Survey

HECAT provides financial support to eligible nonprofit organizations to deliver homebuyer education and counseling, foreclosure counseling, and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Counseling to Minnesotans. Each organization should complete one survey.  Please consult with the appropriate staff to complete all of the questions to the best extent possible.  This information will help us to better understand and support the needs of the organizations and identify any program gaps.
