Fox Theatre
Fox Theatre

Originally designed as the headquarters for a 5,000 member Shriners organization in the 1920s, the Fox Theatre represents the extravagant and extraordinary excess of the pre-Depression era. Upon entering the historic venue, guests are ushered into and indoor Arabian courtyard and seated under a ultramarine blue canopy of glittering starlight and magical drifting clouds that provide an unmatched experience. Not surprisingly, an estimated 750,000 people visit the Fox Theatre every year.

The 4,678-seat Fox Theatre is an impeccably preserved National Historic Landmark that has the only full time Restoration Department of any major theater in the country. The Fox is recognized as a Georgia Museum Building, the highest statewide ranking and is also listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. Its ballrooms have hosted receptions and special events for ambassadors, noted U.S. politicians and international figures. For more information: 404-881-2100
