Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC)
The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center boasts striking architecture, exceptional service and unparalleled technology. Designed with input from professionals across all industry sectors, the Center's space is extremely flexible and offers more modern meeting services than almost any other convention center in the nation.

BCEC has 516,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space with 10 configurations available to accommodate almost any floor plan desired. A 40,020 square foot, column-free Grand Ballroom creates a blank canvas that can be transformed for a variety of functions. More than 300,000 square feet of registration and function space, as well as 160,000 square feet of flexible meeting space can be reserved. A strategically planned floor plan provides visitors with access to any part of the building in no more than eight minutes.

From full-service catering provided by ARAMARK to a food court with seating for up to 700, the BCEC offers many amenities for visitors. Wi-Fi enabled internet access and mobile phone service are available throughout the building. Two private ring roads, 62 covered loading bays and five elephant doors with direct access to exhibition floor make set-up and break-down a breeze. BCEC's in-house audio visual company can assist with basic needs as well as exhibitor rentals, computer rentals, simultaneous interpretation support, audience response systems, general session production, staging, webcast services and projection services.

Location is everything at the BCEC! This state-of-the-art facility is just two miles from Logan Airport and only minutes from all of Boston's major highways, Amtrak service and inter-city bus service. Over 35,000 hotel rooms, 6,000 of which have been recently added or renovated, are a stone's throw away.

John B. Hynes Veteran Memorial Convention Center
Visitors are most attracted to the John B. Hynes Veteran Memorial Convention Center because of its suitable location, outstanding service, versatility and intimate urban setting. While the John B. Hynes Convention Center is not as large as the BCEC, it still has sufficient space for tradeshows, conferences, and conventions. The Convention Center is known for its ability to transform spaces to give an extra bit of flair to smaller scale events such as receptions, educational sessions, and corporate functions.

With 193,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space, the John B. Hynes Convention Center is capable of accommodating as many as four events at the same time. The Convention Center has 38 permanent rooms and a total of 71,644 square feet of flexible meeting space. A 24,544-square foot Grand Ballroom is complimented by 60,000 square feet of registration and function space.

Amenities set John B. Hynes apart from other convention centers of comparable size. John B. Hynes Convention Center is an all-season facility with climate-controlled rooms. Sky bridges provide convenient access to nearby hotels, restaurants and shopping. A cafeteria and coffee house with complimentary wireless access can accommodate as many as 500 people at one time. In-house catering and audio visual services are available.

Situated amidst the streets of Boston's vibrant Back Bay and only a short drive from Logan Airport, John B. Hynes Convention Center is easily accessible. All major Boston-area roadways are within close proximity and public transportation is readably available.

Mass Mutual Center
Once known as the Springfield Civic Center, this newly expanded and revamped facility is located in the heart of Pioneer Valley. Popular for its lower prices, elimination of lodging headaches and deduction of traffic, the Mass Mutual Center provides planners with an appealing alternative to the city meeting.

The Mass Mutual Center offers a magnificent ballroom, 40,000 square-feet of exhibit space, a 6,677-seat arena, and five completely functional meeting rooms. A wide-array of dining options and 1,100 upscale hotel rooms are located within close proximity to the center. With the intersection of 90 and 91 only minutes away, a plethora of transportation options offered by Amtrak rail and national motorcoach, and nearby Bradley International airport , visitors can painlessly travel to and from the Mass Mutual Center.

Mass Mutual Center has served as host to many famous performers and entertainers including Aerosmith, Elvis, Bruce Springsteen, Diana Ross, Disney on Ice and Sesame Street. It is also home to the Springfield Falcons, a member of the American Hockey League and Easter Conference-Atlantic Division.
