Chicago Symphony Orchestra

From its home in Symphony Center, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra has been entertaining audiences with 150 perfectly executed performances of high art each year since its incorporation in 1890. Led by two internationally renowned conductors, the orchestra of 107 musicians has presented events such as Memoirs of a Geisha with special guest famed cellist Yo-Yo Ma and pieces such as Tchaikovsky 5. In addition to the orchestra, Symphony Center also frequently hosts jazz performances, family performances and the Chicago Symphony Chorus.

Various halls and ballrooms are available for rental as are catering options. Among them, the Armour Stage can accommodate up to 200 guests and the contemporary Buntrock Hall can accommodate up to 575 people.
