Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse carries on a long tradition of fine food and entertainment, occupying the space once used by Mr. Kelley's, a venue for Streisand and Sinatra, and Sweetwater, a hotspot throughout the 70s and 80s. Today the steakhouse upholds the reputations of its predecessors, offering sumptuous cuisine and impeccable service. Specializing in USDA prime steaks and fresh seafood - all served in portions large enough to share - Gibsons' specials range from Australian lobster tail to broiled mahi mahi to decadent bone-in filet mignon.
