McCormick Place Convention Center
McCormick Place is North America's premier convention and trade show facility with an exhibit space of 2.2 million Sq Ft. It is located just minutes from downtown Chicago. McCormick Place is owned and operated by the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) and attracts close to 3 million visitors each year.
It has 112 meeting rooms, assembly seating for 10,000 people, a 4,249-seat theater (Arie Crown Theater), and three additional theaters with a capacity of 345 people each. McCormick Place is easily accessed and has 8,000 parking spaces available. McCormick Place is comprised of three state-of-the-art buildings: North Building, South Building and Lakeside Center.
McCormick Place also features a 50,000 square-foot pedestrian promenade, referred to as the Grand Concourse, which links the entire development and contains retail shops and other visitor amenities. Full service bars, cafes and restaurants are located throughout the entire facility.
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is connected to McCormick Place via the enclosed Grand Concourse. The facility easily answers the hotel needs of event organizers by offering more than 800 sleeping rooms as well as banquet space and a conference center.
McCormick Place West, the fourth building on the site, is under construction. Reflecting the changing nature of the industry, design advantages will include a 2:1 ratio of exhibit to meeting space, 460,000 square feet of exhibit space and a 100,000 square foot ballroom, which will be the largest in the city. This new building is targeted to open in summer 2007-on budget and 8 months ahead of schedule.

Navy Pier Convention Center
For over 10 years, Navy Pier has been the place where all of the Chicago area and tourists come together to enjoy the fun and beauty of a day on Lake Michigan. Take a ride on our 15-story tall McDonald's ferris wheel. Catch a movie at the IMAX Theatre. Visit three floors of hands-on fun at the Chicago Children's Museum inside the Family Pavilion. Navy Pier has everything from bikes to books and from souvenirs to sunglasses at the retail shops in the Family Pavilion open year-round. It has over 48,000 square feet of meeting space that includes 36 meeting rooms and an 18,000 square foot Grand Ballroom offering panoramic lake views. The Grand Ballroom services banquets, performances and special exhibit needs. It has easy accessibility by taxi and charter bus drop-off locations and enclosed parking for 1,800 vehicles.
Navy Pier is comprised of 1) a Festival Hall, which has 2 exhibits halls (Hall A: 113,400 square feet; Hall B: 56,700 square feet) and 2) 36 meeting rooms, which are adjacent to Festival Hall.

Midwest Conference Center
Midwest Conference Center is a premiere midwestern location just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Chicago and 10 minutes from O'Hare International Airport. It has a total of 35,000 square feet of meeting/trade show space, a 15,000 square foot column-free Ballroom with 24-foot ceilings, and an executive boardroom for high powered meetings. It provides free parking for over 550 vehicles.
Midwest Conference Center has a new 16th floor Skyline "Ballroom" surrounded by viewing windows which is available for meetings, weddings, social functions, seminars and holiday parties with affordable meeting packages.

Donald E. Stephens Convention Center
The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is located in Rosemont, Illinois, just minutes from O'Hare International Airport. The Center features 840,000 square feet of exhibition space for trade shows and public shows with parking available for 8,000 cars. A sky bridge connects the Convention Center to parking and three hotels. Formerly named the Rosemont Convention Center, it was renamed to honor Donald E. Stephens, who founded the Village of Rosemont in 1956 and has been its mayor ever since.
The Convention Center is also home to the Donald E. Stephens Museum of Hummels, which houses a thousand M. I. Hummel figurines, including one that is 8 feet tall. The museum began when Mayor Stephens donated his collection to the Village of Rosemont in 1984.
