Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center is one of America's largest convention halls and provides world-class state-of-the-art facilities for many of the biggest conventions, trade shows and meetings in the United States. It consists of 1.9 million square feet of exhibit space, 234,000 square feet meeting space, and 12 separate facilities that can open into larger areas.

More than 144 meeting rooms are available for use separately or during conventions; all rooms can accommodate multiple meeting configurations for groups of all sizes. The Grand Lobby boasts more than 85,000 square feet; banquet facilities are available for 12,000 attendees. An enclosed walkway connects a 5,500-space parking lot the convention center, as well as additional lots surrounding the facility.

Amenities offered by the convention center include full-service kitchen and beverage facilities, two restaurants with seating for over 1,300, two Starbucks cafes and a wide range of audio-visual services, as well as multiple sound and light systems. Housing services are offered at no additional cost, while registration services are rendered on a nominal fee basis. Booth acquisition and construction services are offered by the convention authority.

Recently, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, which owns and operates the center, approved an $890 million renovation for the facility. The Enhancement Program will include the addition of approximately 85,000 square feet of meeting space, a new grand lobby connecting all three halls, major infrastructure upgrades and a campus-wide renovation. The majority of the work on the program is set to be completed by the end of 2010. Some meeting room renovation is scheduled for 2011 to accommodate trade show clients.

Cashman Convention Center
Located in downtown Las Vegas, the 534,000-square-foot Cashman Center includes exhibit space, meeting rooms, a 1,900-seat theater, a 10,000-seat baseball stadium and a restaurant. The two exhibit halls host various exhibits, festivals and cultural events throughout the year. The Cashman Theatre presents everything from Broadway shows to corporate presentations. The Stadium is home to the Las Vegas 51s; the AAA affiliate of the L.A. Dodgers.

The Cashman Center houses two exhibit halls featuring 98,100 square feet of exhibit space and 12 meeting rooms that provide an additional 17,500 square feet of space. The location can easily accommodate over 400 people with various room configurations available for as many as 442 people depending upon your meeting or event requirements. All rooms are fully carpeted with 10-12 foot ceilings, as well as telephone/internet service, cable TV and much more. Comfortable armchair seating for nearly 2,000 persons is complimented by the Cashman Center's top-notch audio-video equipment, including a stereo sound system and four Xenon super-trooper spotlights.

The club level restaurant features an exhilarating view of the baseball complex, scenic mountains and the surrounding area. This area is ideal for parties, receptions and corporate meetings, and is well suited for lavish receptions of up to 500 guests.

The Cashman Convention Center provides comfortable armchair seating for 1,922 persons with top-notch audio-video equipment, including a stereo sound system and four Xenon super-trooper spotlights.

The Cashman Center can accommodate over 2,500 cars in four separate paved parking lots with ample ADA parking. A parking fee of $3.00 is charged per space utilized.

Sands Expo and Convention Center
The Sands Expo and Convention Center is located at the The Venetian Hotel in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, just north of McCarran International Airport. It has 1.8 million square feet of combined meeting and convention space. It is also the 2nd largest convention center in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. It opened in 1990 across the street from the Sands Hotel. The Las Vegas Sands Corporation operates and manages the Sand Expo along with the Venetian Hotel and Casino.

At the Sands Expo and Convention Center, you'll be supported the moment you arrive until the doors close and the lights go down. Whether it's a food and beverage need or a lighting request, they have created an ordering system designed for your convenience. The Sands Expo and Convention Center is still under developmental stages and when completed, the Sands Expo, The Venetian and the upcoming Palazzo (a 53-story extension of the Venetian Casino resort) will be the largest resort and hotel complex in the world.

The Sands Expo Center is the site of numerous events throughout the year, including portions of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the World Shoe Association Show.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center
The Mandalay Bay Convention Center is approximately one million square feet of exhibit space and also features the largest pillar-less hotel ballroom in the country with 100,000 square feet available. It is also one of the largest privately owned and managed convention centers in the world. The Mandalay Bay Convention Center has a total of 1,663,697 square feet of meeting space.

Opened in 2003, the Mandalay Bay Convention Center is located on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip, just west of McCarran International Airport. The center has booked numerous large shows, including portions of the World Shoe Association (WSA) show and the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE).
