Tantalizing entrees include grilled pork tenderloin medallions with wild mushroom sauce, beef tenderloin "Rossini" with foie gras and a port wine reduction, and grilled jumbo shrimp served with tarragon butter. Guests can also opt for Waldo's famous pasta bar, featuring a fresh assortment of vegetables, meats and seafood cooked to order and served with diner's choice of pasta and sauces. Wine is the drink of choice at Waldo's, but a selection of liqueurs, ports, brandy and cognac is available for after-dinner enjoyment.
