Heralded as one of the best steakhouses in Memphis, the Butcher Shop has been serving some of the finest cuts of Midwest beef for over 20 years. As the name implies, the in-house butcher hand cuts beef, which is aged five weeks before serving. From the two-inch-thick filet mignons to the 20-ounce marbled ribeyes, all steaks at the Butcher Shop are cooked over hickory charcoal, lending them a succulent flavor that keeps diners coming back. Steaks dominate the menu, though chicken, fish and pork selections are also available.
The steakhouse can accommodate groups of up to 175 people and offers group menus and pricing. The Butcher Shop is open Monday through Thursday from 5 to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10:30 PM and Sunday from 5 to 9:30 PM.
