Only 20 minutes from the airport, the Memphis Cook Convention Center is a modern 350,000-square-foot complex in downtown Memphis that offers over 190,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space. Convention goers have access to 31 separate rooms, which seat between 10 and 1,000 people and can be combined to create over 74,000 square feet of exhibit space. The convention center is comprised of two separate halls. The Main Hall offers over 125,000 square feet of space, and the South Hall has over 35,000 square feet, amounting to enough space for an impressive 650 10-foot-by-10-foot display booths.

Cannon Performing Arts Center

Additional highlights include the 2,100-seat Cannon Performing Arts Center and a 28,000-square-foot ballroom with attached kitchen. The 125,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall features a beautiful outdoor terrace affording striking views of the Mississippi River. All of the convention center facilities have been updated with the latest audio-visual and computer conferencing technologies, while on-site catering is available through the 600-room Memphis Marriott Downtown, which is connected to the center by a covered walkway. Nearly 3,000 hotel rooms are within close proximity to the convention center, though guests who prefer not to walk have no trouble finding parking in the center's three levels of parking for 1,000 cars or at one of the 2,000 spaces in adjacent lots.
