Harley-Davidson Museum

The birthplace of Harley-Davidson is home to the only comprehensive museum to celebrate the iconic company's history, culture and products. Opened in 2008, Milwaukee's own Harley-Davidson Museum tells the tale of a true American success story. Located on 20 lush acres overlooking the Menomonee River and housed in stunning industrial steel, glass and brick buildings, the museum features a collection of over 450 bikes including some that belonged to celebrities Elvis Presley and Evil Knievel.

The museum also chronicles the 105-year history of Harley-Davidson with historic ads, clothes, trophies and accessories. Other highlights include vintage and contemporary motorcycle footage, the Serial Number One cycle from 1903, a design lab and a gallery where visitors can sit astride 10 motorcycles from different periods in Harley history.

The Harley-Davidson Museum features unique spaces that can accommodate indoor functions for up to 1,000 people and outdoor functions for up to 15,000 people and offers customizable menus of classic American fare. The Harley-Davidson Museum will be open Monday through Friday, November to April, from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM. It will be open daily, May to October, from 9 AM to 6 PM and Wednesday until 8 PM. Admission is $10 for children ages 5-17, $16 for adults and $12 for students and seniors ages 65 and older.
