Miller Brewing Company Tour
No trip to the "Brew City" would be complete without a taste of what made Milwaukee great. Visitors to the Miller Brewing Company, America's oldest major brewery, can take a one-hour walking tour to explore the history of the company and the brewing process where Miller packages 200,000 cases of beer a day. Guests will get an in-depth look at the brew house, packaging center and historic caves where the original brewery stored its beer before the invention of mechanical refrigeration. The tour is topped off with a visit to the Bavarian-style Miller Inn where samples of beer are served to guests ages 21 and older. During summer months, guests can sample beers in the lively, music-filled beer garden.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Miller Brewing Company is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM with tours running from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, it is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM with tours running from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Tours are complimentary. For more information: 414-931-3552
