Located on the banks of the Cumberland River and just minutes from the Nashville International Airport, the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is the largest non-gaming convention center in the continental United States. Offering 600,000 square feet of meeting, convention and exhibition space, the center features six ballrooms, more than 100 meeting and breakout rooms and the 263,000-square-foot Ryman Exhibition Hall. Its lush, elaborate nine acres of indoor gardens and waterfalls are complemented by its own indoor river and Delta flatboat within a breathtaking 4.5-acre glass dome atrium.

The resort offers 2,881 luxury guest rooms, a 20,000-square-foot spa, salon and fitness center, two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools, on-site shopping and more than 15 on-site restaurants and lounges. Meeting services include a full-service business center with shipping, copying, printing, binding, document reproduction and fax capabilities, cutting-edge technology services and award-wining in-house Gaylord Opryland catering. The entire facility is wired with a high-speed Ethernet network, and complimentary wireless Internet access is also available.

Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is the recipient of several meetings-related awards, including the Gold Key Elite Award, Gold Platter Elite Award and Gold Key Hall of Fame by Meetings and Conventions magazine and Award of Excellence by Corporate & Incentive Travel, among others. Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the modern, glass-walled Nashville Convention Center offers 180,000 square feet of exhibit space, including an 118,675-square-foot exhibit hall, 25 meeting rooms, a 11,000-square-foot ballroom and terrace and several lobbies totaling 13,000 square feet of pre-function space. The center hosts more than 400,000 guests annually.

The Nashville Convention Center features superior in-house audio-visual, lighting, teleconferencing and technology services, as well as a full-service business center. The center's in-house catering services department prepares all food on-site for banquets and receptions, as well as box lunches and concession booths throughout the facility. Themed carts and cafes, including an international coffeehouse or high tea room, can also be tailored to individual meeting needs.

The Nashville Convention Center is within close proximity to more than 3,000 hotel rooms, in addition to 673 rooms in the adjacent Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Though on-site parking is not available, guests can easily reach over 28,000 parking spots in downtown Nashville. The center is the recipient of the Prime Site Facilities and Destinations Award, and has hosted such high-profile guests as the International Bluegrass Music Association and American Institute of Steel Construction, Inc., and events including the Americana Music Festival and Conference and after-party for the Country Music Television Awards.
