Javits Convention Center
The Javits Convention Center is conveniently located 10 miles from LaGuardia Airport, 18 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport and 15 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport. With a total of 1.8 million square feet, including 814,400 square feet of exhibit space, 65,000 square feet of registration space and 100 meeting rooms, the Javits Convention Center is among the largest meeting and event venues in New York City. The Center's location near the Lincoln Tunnel and Penn Station make it easily accessible by car, train and subway.
In the heart of downtown New York, the Javits Convention Center is one of the top convention centers in the United States. The Center's exhibit space is known for its flexibility-it can be divided into 11 individual spaces by floor-to-ceiling sound proof walls. Support services of all types are available to planners include catering, wireless Internet access, printing and other business services.
During the summer of 2006, New York State officials approved a $1.7 billion expansion of the Javits Convention Center. The current expansion plan calls for extending the center two blocks north, to 40th Street, and adding a new floor for a ballroom that would double as meeting and exhibit space. A park area would also be added at 11th Avenue between 39th and 40th streets plus a 100-foot high, multi-block, glass-enclosed entry and concourse.
The expansion would increase the exhibit/ballroom space from 760,000 square feet to 1.1 million square feet; the meeting space from 30,000 square feet to 210,000 square feet (an over 600% increase), and bring total space from 1.9 million square feet to 4 million square feet.

Grand Hyatt New York
The Grand Hyatt New York, with its convenient Midtown Manhattan location, also has a state-of-the-art convention center. With 1,311 rooms, including 51 suites is the perfect destination for meetings and conventions. With its recent renovations, the Grand Hyatt New York now boasts over 55,000 square feet of completely renovated meeting space, including the brand-new Manhattan Ballroom and its 22 special-function meeting rooms. The $65 million renovation also includes refurbished guest rooms complete with wireless Internet access.

Hilton New York
The newly renovated Hilton New York features the largest comprehensive and self-contained hotel meeting space in Manhattan, offering more than 150,000 square feet for meetings and events. The facility includes meeting, banquet, exhibition facilities and the largest Grand Ballroom in New York City. The Hilton New York also has 1,980 rooms, including 46 suites, making it an ideal venue for meetings and events of all kinds.

The Gabarron Foundation - Carriage House Center for the Arts is a Dutch Renaissance Style Revival building. The building is a New York City Landmark located in the heart of Manhattan.
