Casa Loma
Visitors can experience the majestic splendor and European elegance of Canada's medieval-style castle. A premier attraction, Casa Loma was built in 1914 as the estate of financier Sir Henry Mill Pellatt. At the time, it was the largest private residence in North America. As if plucked from a fairy-tale, Casa Loma is complete with grandly decorated suites, secret passages, towers, stables and five acres of lush, sculpted gardens. Visitors are transported back in time as they wander the grounds of this romantic manor accompanied by a digital audio tour.
Casa Loma is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. General admission is C$8.75 for children ages 4-13, C$16 for adults and C$10 for seniors. For more information: 416-923-1171
