Tulsa Air and Space Museum and Planetarium
The Tulsa Air and Space Museum and Planetarium celebrate both the city's and country's rich history in aviation and aeronautics. Among the museum's 19,000 square feet of exhibits on topics such as hot air ballooning, the golden age of flight and space exploration, visitors can see an F-14 Tomcat fighter jet, use a space shuttle robotic arm, and brave the F-16 Wind Tunnel. The planetarium takes viewers to the farthest reaches of the Milky Way with films projected onto its digital, 50-foot-wide seamless dome.
Museum facilities, both outdoor and indoor, are available for private events. The Tulsa Air and Space Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 1 to 5 PM. Tickets to the museum and planetarium cost $6 for children ages 4-12 and $10 for adults. Single attraction tickets are available at reduced rates. For more information: 918-834-9900
