Ristorante Tosca
The décor at Ristorante Tosca is sleek and modern, with walls and furniture in stone and earth tones, but the fare is nothing but authentic and traditional - Italian-born executive chef Massimo Fabbri wouldn't have it any other way. Pastas are made fresh daily, and dishes are bursting with the flavors of prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and red wines. Chef specialties include ravioli filled with roasted veal and prosciutto, risotto with 30-month-old Parmesan cheese and parsley pine nut pesto, and braised lamb shank with Barolo wine and vegetable ragu. Tasting menus, offered with or without wine, are a great option for diners who don't want to settle for just one dish.
Tosca has various rooms available for private events of up to 65 guests and offers rentals of its entire restaurant for 100 or more guests. Pre-set menus are required for groups of 15 or more people. Ristorante Tosca serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 10:30 PM and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 11 PM. Lunch entrees range from $21 to $24 and dinner entrees range from $32 to $42. Tasting menus, available before 9:30 PM, are $70 to $95 based on type.
