The ASHOF is a magnificent state treasure, dedicated to the celebration and preservation of Alabama’s exceptional sports heritage. The Alabama Sports Hall of Fame is connected to the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center, which has additional banquet facilities, meeting rooms and exhibition space. The Sheraton Hotel is across the street from the museum and the Birmingham Museum of Art is in walking distance of the museum.
