McCormick and Schmick's prepares fresh seafood in a traditional manner with a contemporary twist, as well as many other original favorites such as sirloin steak, pork chops, and home style meatloaf. For more than 30 years McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants have defined Northwest tradition by offering the freshest seafood in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our professional staff and management are committed to ensuring that you and your guests enjoy a memorable and successful experience. We are conveniently located just two blocks east of the Las Vegas Strip on the corner of Flamingo and Paradise in the prestigious Hughes Center. We are just a quick cab ride from the Las Vegas, Sands & Mandalay Bay Convention Centers and McCarran International Airport. The Magazine Room: This fully enclosed space offers a warm classic atmosphere created by deep mahogany wood, plush green carpet, stylish beveled windows, stained glass chandeliers and a grand fireplace. The room accommodates up to 65 people for a seated event, 50 for a buffet and up to 80 people for a standing reception. The Centennial Room: This more intimate space celebrates the Las Vegas Centennial and continues the classic style of the rest of the restaurant. The room accommodates up to 40 people for a seated event, 30 for a buffet and up to 50 for a standing reception. This space opens into our Main Dining Room and is the perfect place to start your event with a cocktail reception before moving into our Magazine Room for a sit-down or buffet style dinner. The Entire Restaurant is available for private events for groups from 50 to 200 people. Snugs: We offer 4 private spaces that seat up to 6 people each. They are perfect for an intimate lunch, celebration dinner or business meeting. Semi-Private Space: The configuration of our dining room creates a semi- private area that can accommodate groups up to 100 people for a seated dinner. This versatile area also opens onto our Centennial Room. McCormick & Schmick’s offer a lively full service bar locally voted “Best Happy Hour.” This popular bar features a wide selection of micro-brewed beers and ales, regional wines, single malt scotches and classic hand-shaken cocktails. Portable Bar Service is available upon request in our Magazine & Centennial Rooms. Complimentary self-parking is always available in our parking lot and the parking garage across from the restaurant during the evening hours.
