The beautifully restored Mayan Room and adjoining Courtyard in the Historic Aztec Hotel are breathtaking facilities used for Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, formal engagements and parties of any kind. Some of the most beautiful architecture throughout the property is featured in the Mayan Banquet Room and Courtyard. The Mayan Room features two hand-painted murals which were thought to be lost forever. Jorge D'Soria painstakingly painted each and every brush-stroke to re-create to the smallest detail, murals originally painted in the Mayan Room in 1925 when the Aztec Hotel was built. The Mayan Room sets up beautifully for parties of fifty or as many as three hundred by opening the doors that circle the elegant room, allowing complete access to the spectacular Courtyard.
