Sequestered and intimate, Seascape offers a relaxed and informal retreat- away from business so you can get down to business. Located just ten miles south of Santa Cruz at Seascape Beach, Seascape Beach Resort features a 17,000sf. conference center ideal for groups of 10 to 200. Seascape Beach Resort may be off-the-beaten path, but we don't want for group activities! Our specialty is, of course, our famous cocktail reception and lobster bake- fireside on the beach. Such an event will have your attendees comparing Seascape to other destinations for years to come. In addition to the beach, we have available the services of Apex Adventures- a premier team building and team experience provider. For when the meeting adjourns for the day, Capitola, Santa Cruz and Aptos are just moments away with their shopping experiences and fine dining. And don't forget the oldest (and largest) boardwalk on the West Coast- the Santa Cruz Boardwalk- for atendees and families alike! Guest accommodations? Top Shelf. Our suites and villas have all the appeal of a private beach house, but with the added amenities of a 4-Diamond luxury resort. Our suites are roughly 675sf and offer separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining nook, fireplace and private decking. Our villas range in size from 1,000sf to 1,300sf. The villas are either townhome or condominium flat in congfiguration; each offering either one or two bedrooms with private baths, full kitchen, dining nook, family room, fireplace, BBQ and private decking looking out over the bay, beach and resort. Seascape Beach Resort will tailor a conference program just for you. We offer CMP (less lodging) pricing for groups- this makes planning a three to seven day conference a snap. We call our meeting package our Seascape Meeting Package or SMP. An SMP includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all-day beverage and snack breaks, conference room and services, wireless internet for all attendees- and, our large, padded swivel chairs for every participant. Of course we will tailor an SMP to your exact needs (meals not required reduce the SMP rate), be they extravagant or conservative. Seascape Beach Resort also offers ala carte food and beverage service; our F&B is nothing short of outstanding. Thank you very much for your interest in us!
