Meetings With two ballrooms and a variety of breakout space, we have an array of meeting rooms to fit your needs. Our ballrooms and amphitheater are located on the lobby level, but our 6th and 7th Floor Meeting centers offering privacy and windows in most rooms. Rooms Among the finest in Seattle, the Grand Hyatt rooms boasts rich wood and stone finishes, elaborate 4-piece bathrooms and stunning views from many rooms. We have over 100 suites to offer your VIPs. Health Club The deluxe fitness center is open 24 hours a day. Restaurant We are proud to have Ruth’s Chris steakhouse as our hotel restaurant. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Ruth’s Chris is renowned for their quality and service. Coming in October 2009 will be Blue C Sushi, a local favorite, located on the lobby level. Also in the lobby is Starbucks Coffee. Location The hotel is attached to the Convention Center. A short two-block walk will take you to Seattle’s new light rail train, which will offer a direct trip from SEA-Tac to downtown for under $3. Also two blocks away is the monorail station, which takes guests to the Space Needle and Experience Music Project. Sister Hotel We are only a half block from Hyatt at Olive 8 and are able to offer blocks at each hotel on one contract. As well, your guests at the Grand Hyatt can dine at Urbane or take in a spa treatment at Elaia spa (both located in Hyatt Olive 8) and charge back to their room at the Grand Hyatt. Elaia Spa (half block away at Hyatt Olive 8) Seattle’s newest full service spa is located on the 2nd floor just a half block away. Elaia boasts twelve spacious treatment suites, manicure/pedicure salon, steam room, dry sauna 65-foot saline pool, Jacuzzi and relaxation room.
