Cvent Web Surveys Rebrands to Inquisium

Division to Continue Helping Organizations Collect Better Feedback and Uncover New Insights

Tysons Corner, Va. – Cvent, Inc. (NYSE: CVT), a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform, today announced its Web Surveys division officially rebranded to "Inquisium". Derived from the word "inquisitive," Inquisium helps organizations of all sizes build feedback programs that provide reliable, first-hand insights for smart decision making.

"Seven years ago we started a Web Surveys division to focus on helping our event management customers collect feedback," said Darrell Gehrt, vice president of sales for Inquisium. "Our expertise began to evolve quickly outside of the meetings and events industry as our customers asked for more sophisticated applications. We recognized that there was an opportunity to expand our technology and solutions practice and design programs to solve customer needs related to broader feedback areas, including voice of the customer and employee engagement."

After years of success reaching new audiences, the Inquisium division is now positioned to not only focus on data collection, but also data visualization and the actual human connection beyond survey responses to make informed decisions.

"We have been a customer of Cvent for nearly 10 years and they really have become an extension of our team because of their dedicated customer service and easy-to-use technology," said Jorinne Jackson at DPR Construction. "Our company is very employee-driven and we are constantly putting improvement programs in place from the insights we’ve revealed in our feedback surveys. We are excited to continue enhancing our employee satisfaction program with Inquisium."

Survey and feedback management programs have become an essential part of organizations’ decision-making processes. Inquisium has a wide range of unique features that make it easy to create effective feedback programs—no matter how simple or complex.

Solutions Inquisium provides to include:
