Can I contact the planners directly?
The planner's contact information will be listed on the RFP that is sent to you through the Cvent system. While the majority of our planners prefer receiving a final proposal through the Cvent system, we highly recommend giving the planner a call to ask any questions about the event and to add a more personal touch to your proposal.
I am a unique venue with only a small amount of meeting space. Can I still be listed?
