The World Café is a powerful social technology for engaging people in conversations that matter. World Café is designed to generate collective knowledge-sharing, webs of personal relationships, and new possibilities for action. A Café dialogue sets the stage for more traditional forms of action planning at a later point in time, but it is not without action.
