Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:1. Correctly explain the physics terms: as moments, lever arms, vectors, and ground reaction forces and provide 1 example for each of how it relates to closed chain body functions.

3. Identify at least 2 eccentric muscular responses in each of the three planes (sagittal, horizontal, & transverse) along the kinetic chain during deceleration tasks.
