Start your day with the Faculty Development Breakfast Book Club. Hosted by Paul Martin at the City Centre Campus, the Books for Breakfast Book Club will discuss books that connect directly to our work as faculty. Titles we’ll be discussing this semester may include: Blum, Susan D. “I Love Learning; I Hate School”: An Anthropology of College. (2016), Felten, Peter et al. The Undergraduate Experience: Focusing Institutions on What Matters Most (2016) and the 2016-17 MacEwan Book of the Year, Station Eleven, by Emily St. John Mandel. Register for book club by no later than January 9th to get your free copy of January’s title in time. Copies of all books will be provided to registrants. Last Tuesday of January, February, March, and April.
