Join Jefferson alumni for a private 2 1/2 hour tasting adventure led by Savor Seattle. Explore how local chefs and food artisans are surprising Seattle with their take on guilty pleasures. Think pizza with truffle cheese, clam chowder made with razor clams, and fresh pasta created with a sour dough starter. Experience 14+ tastings including 4 wine and cocktail pairings, and cuisine from an Iron Chef winner and James Beard Award honorees.  There are two exclusive Jefferson alumni tour departures. Tours will depart at 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Each tour is limited to 12 people. After the tour, join both alumni groups at the Goldfinch Tavern, a collaboration between Ethan Stowell Restaurants and Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, for a chance to discuss your favorite dishes and drinks from the day!
