We are pleased to announce our 10th Annual Governance Outlook featuring Anne Chapman, Managing Director at Joele Frank; Michelle Edkins, Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Stewardship at BlackRock; and Ann Yerger, independent director of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company.

In a discussion moderated by Chris Cox, President of Morgan Lewis Consulting and Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, the panelists will forecast the major corporate governance issues for 2018. The discussion will include hot topics for institutional investors in the 2018 proxy season; trends in shareholder activism; and tips on effective engagement and communication strategies.
