Before that he served as the Senior Advisor to the NIH CIO for Strategic Initiatives, Assistant CIO for e-authentication at the National Institutes of Health and Chair of the U.S. Federal PKI Policy Authority. | Christophe Goyet, Technical Marketing Director - Government and ID, Oberthur Technologies Christophe Goyet has over 25 years of experience in the smart card industry. He is the key architect behind the first PIV card (FIPS 201 certificate #1) and more recently the ID-One PIV with its built-in Fingerprint-On-Card-Comparison engine validated by NIST (MINEX II) and SBMOC secure messaging to secure biometric verification over the contactless interface.
