The Australasian Society for Breast Disease
The Australasian Society for Breast Disease (ASBD) is a not-for-profit multidisciplinary society. Its primary goal is to promote multidisciplinary understanding and practice in the prevention, detection, diagnosis and management of breast disease and research into this area of medicine.
ASBD holds multidisciplinary educational events and provides networking opportunities for medical professionals of all disciplines who are interested in breast disease. The Society has approximately 250 members and a nine-member Executive plus several co-opted members, providing for broad multidisciplinary representation.

We invite you to be part of the Australasian Society for Breast Disease’s (ASBD) 11th Scientific Meeting. The program reflects the true multidisciplinary nature of ASBD and it endeavours to provide a strong scientific program with multidisciplinary content for all disciplines involved in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease, while providing opportunities for across discipline networking.
The organising committee have secured a number of prominent international and local keynote speakers that will ensure a strong scientific program with lively discussion as we discuss Quandaries and Controversies for the Multidisciplinary Team.
