Question: When is the deadline for submission of abstracts? Answer: The deadline is April 1st, 2022

Question: What are the guidelines for submitting an abstract? Answer: The entire abstract should fit on one page (8.5 x 11 inches), with a 1.25 inch margin on the left and a 1.0 inch margin on the remaining sides. Use all capital letters (Bold, Times New Roman, font size 12) for the title, followed by authors and institution (Bold, normal capitalization, Times New Roman, font size 12). Please underline the name and presenter in the author list. The text body should use Times New Roman,font size 12.

Question: When will I hear whether my abstract has been accepted? Answer: Oral presentations will be scheduled and speakers notified by email by April 20th, 2022.

Question: How do I submit an abstract? Answer: Abstracts can be submitted during the conference registration process by selecting the “I want to submit an abstract” option and selecting the appropriate session.

Question: What are the details on the poster session? Answer: Posters should be no larger than a maximum size of 4’ high x 6’ wide. Posters should be attached to the poster board using pushpins. Poster can be put up beginning Sunday afternoon, June 12th, 2022 after 3pm. The posters will be numbered sequentially starting from P1 and you should place your poster to your assigned board(s). Please check with Bruce McKillican if you do not know your assigned number. Poster should be taken down following the Thursday, June 16th, 2022 afternoon coffee break. The formal poster session is scheduled for Monday, June 13th, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm.
