Registration Fees & Procedures

This meeting is open to the general public to register and attend.

The full conference registration fee and the government/student fee covers meeting materials, refreshment breaks, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 1 reception.  The pre-conference is a separate fee.

Online registration will be available until April 30. On-site registration will be available.

*Registrants are eligible for the Government/Student rate if they are:

1. Registered for a degree-seeking program;   
2. Enrolled in a residency or fellowship program;  
3. On staff at a government agency, such as the Federal Government, state or local department of health, state licensing boards, or state-sponsored health workforce office. State university faculty and staff are not eligible if that is their only employer.  

Pre-Conference Fee

Attendees are able to register for the pre-conference only or add the pre-conference to their full registration.

Payment Methods

Payment options include:

  • Credit card (required at time of registration)
  • Check/ACH/Wire (will incur a service fee of $50)

Check and ACH bank/wire transfer/third party credit card payments will incur a $50 service fee that will be automatically added to your balance due. Only one service fee applies per check; group payments on one check should only include one service fee. Failure to include the service fee for an individual check payment will result in an outstanding balance.
The check option will be available until Monday, April 1.  
Your check payment must be received no later than Monday, April 8 or your registration is in jeopardy of being cancelled. 

Please note: A purchase order is not considered a viable payment option.

Registration Information and Policies

In accordance with AAMC policy, registration fees are not transferable to other learning offerings and may not be divided among multiple attendees. For cancellation procedures, please see the "Cancellation Policies" tab above.

Commercial representatives are not permitted to register for the meeting, unless they are approved exhibitors or sponsors.

Attendees are required to be registered and wear badges at all functions; individuals without badges will not be admitted.

AAMC meeting participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports a robust, professional learning environment when attending sessions, meals, the exhibit hall, or receptions whether on or off-site. Participants who engage in disruptive behaviors, at the sole determination of the AAMC meetings staff, may be asked to exit the room until the disruption is resolved or leave the meeting. No refund will be provided.
