No, but you are certainly welcome to. In order to receive your deposit, you MUST attend all of the workshops you register for or cancel by July 7, 2017.

Question: What will my expenses be?
Answer: You will be responsible for your dinners. Breakfast and lunch are provided each day to workshop attendees. Additionally, Travel Grants are available on a competitive basis to defray the costs of lodging. We encourage you to register early and apply for a Travel Grants if eligible, as the grants are in limited supply this year.

Answer: Mileage: Teachers are asked to seek mileage reimbursement from their districts. Carpooling to and from the Summer Institute is strongly encouraged.

Lodging: If you are traveling to the Summer Institute from a distance of greater than 35 miles, you are eligible to apply for a Travel Grant to cover the cost of lodging.
