Program Description

Struggling with PFE? Not sure how to get started, how to get leadership on board, how to recruit effective advisors or what to do with a PFAC (Patient and Family Advisor Committee)? Then you need to register for this special Improvement Action Network!

This IAN will focus on metric 4 in the PFE survey (Hospital has an active Patient & Family Engagement Committee OR at least one former patient that serves on a patient safety or quality improvement committee or team).
