Quality Essential Skills Training (QuEST)

The Great Lakes Partners for Patients is offering Quality Essential Skills Training (QuEST), a two-day, in person workshop that will engage your hospital quality leaders and improvement teams in learning basic quality concepts. During the workshop, we will use adult learning principles to help participants:

  • Master the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) improvement model and small tests of change
  • Sharpen team building and facilitation skills
  • Use data to accurately interpret variation and effectively drive decision-making
  • Apply learning concepts directly to the HIIN topics

Who Should Attend:
The intended audience are people who play an important role in the HIIN: quality staff, improvement team and hospital leaders.  Participants will leave with new insights, new tools for action and analysis, and a new friend or two.

Program Information:
WHA is hosting regional QuEST events for hospitals participating in the HIIN. Please register each attendee individually as seats are limited and we need an accurate attendance count. Each location allows for a maximum of 100 people.

Wednesday, October 4 & Thursday October 5, 2017: Appleton Location

***Important: QuEST events are free of charge to attend, although each participant is responsible for their own travel, meals, and lodging expenses.
