Please note that each workshop teacher will teach once, and each mat teacher will teach twice during the Conference.*Please Note: The price includes 1 welcome reception, 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches, 2 General Assemblies and a great expo - otherwise known as the PMA Plaza!IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CECs: We are raising the bar at PMA! We are excited to introduce new technology at the conference this year that will allow us to keep track of attendees’ session attendance. In turn, our new CEC conference certificate will list only those sessions attended by the conference attendee. Attendees will get 2 CECs per each 2-hour workshop, 1 CEC per each mat class and 1.5 CECs per each general session. Pre-conference workshops attendees will get 4 CECs. Please note that attendees must remain in the session for its entirety to earn the CECs. Attendees can earn up to 16 PMA CECs at the conference. Please be prepared to scan your badge at the door! CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be made for cancellations sent via email to Tanya Nieto-Winzey – firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation emails must be dated on or before September 1st, 2017, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation emails dated between September 2nd, 2017 and October 2nd, 2017, will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 2nd, 2017. The PMA reserves the right to substitute Workshops or Presenters at any time. Please note that when issuing a refund for registration fees paid by credit card, the PMA will deduct both the cancellation fee and the credit card transaction fee (4% of original transaction) from the balance due. PLEASE ALLOW 4 – 6 WEEKS FOR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED AFTER ANNUAL MEETING DATE.
REGISTRATION TIPS: For a smooth and efficient registration process, we suggest you follow these two steps:
1) Click on the "agenda" tab at the top of the screen. You can scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "printer friendly" if you prefer to print the entire schedule. Make a list of sessions you would like to take by choosing one session per time slot. Remember to only choose one mat class per day. TIP: Click on the presenter's name at the bottom of the session description to read their bio.
2) Once you have made a list of the sessions you want to take, click on the orange "register" button below and follow the registration steps. Please note that your sessions will only be confirmed once you submit your online payment at the end of the process. You will receive a confirmation email once you are done.
