2018 WONE Annual Convention Exhibiting

Program Description
The target audience for this convention is nearly 200 nurse executives who are decision-makers and decision-influencers in hospitals around the state. 

As an exhibitor, you are also welcome to attend the educational sessions and all meals. The exhibitor fee of $1,000 includes your exhibit space as well as registration for one person to attend the full WONE Annual Convention. Additional representatives of your organization may attend for an additional registration fee of $75 per person.

This year, on Wednesday evening, WONE will be having an additional networking event. You are welcome to join us and for $150.00 you can also have half of a eight foot table to display materials with attendees. This option is available when you register for your exhibitor table.

Vendor Shipments
Vendors interested in shipping items directly to the conference center must make arrangements directly with Christy Marquardt. To make arrangements call 920-230-1900 and ask to be connected with Christy Marquardt. The address to ship these items to is the following:

You will need to provide them with your company name, person picking up the package and the name of the event: WONE Annual Convention. 

Each vendor will be responsible for the fee to ship to Best Western Premiere Waterfront Hotel. Shipping fees will NOT be included in the cost to register.

Outgoing Packages
Outgoing packages will be charged the same rate as incoming, plus shipping cost. The company is responsible for packaging, labeling, sealing and shipping. The Best Western Premiere Waterfront Hotel assumes no responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise/articles while on premises, before or after event. Hotel staff will place items in shipping/receiving when ready. Client must provide own labels for all outgoing shipments. Best Western Premiere Waterfront Hotel utilizes UPS for all outgoing guest packages. For any FedEx shipments, pick-up must be prearranged.


Exhibitor Cancellation Policy/Fee(s)
Due to convention center requirements, exhibit space can NOT be cancelled after February 28, 2018. No refunds for exhibitors will be given after that date. Substitutions for convention registrations are accepted.
