Defining professional practice for students within the UQ Engineering context
Time: 12:30pm arrival, session duration is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, followed by afternoon tea
Where:  Room 48-313A, Level 3, Advanced Engineering Building (#49)
Dress: Smart casual
Cost: Complimentary

Inclusions and other information:

  • 3:00pm - 3:25pm: Light afternoon tea to be served at the conclusion of the workshop. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements.


Tour of Engineering Precinct
Time: 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Where:  Level 3, Foyer of Advanced Engineering Building (#49)
Cost: Complimentary

1986 Engineering Reunion Barbeque
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Where:  Level 5, Advanced Engineering Building (#49), St Lucia Campus
Cost: $50.00 per person
Dress: Smart casual

Inclusions and other information:

  • Former lecturers of the Class of 86 have been invited to attend this event after the tour - this price will cover the cost of their attendance, with any leftover funds to be put towards a bar tab.
  • Two hour BBQ catering package included
  • Drinks on consumption - cash bar available
  • All dietary requirements can be catered to - please advise when registering online

Attendees will then be free to arrange any further informal activities they wish to undertake together. Please let us know if there is anything else that you would like to include as part of our reunion program.
