On Day1, you will identify strategies to best leverage the time, knowledge and skills of your volunteers to not only maximize their value to your organization but also fulfill their needs and keep them motivated.
On Day 2, you will learn how successful nonprofit program managers make the transition from managing programs and services to leading teams and increase your awareness of the components of human resource development. Topics will include recruitment, interviewing principles, performance management elements and employee handbook frameworks.
