Dr. David Rendall:
David Rendall is a speaker, leadership professor, stand-up comedian and endurance athlete. During the last ten years he has spoken to audiences throughout the United States, Canada, India, Australia and the United Kingdom. His clients include AT&T, Tyco International, Jobs Australia, Potash Corp, Duke University and Value Options. Prior to becoming a professor and speaker, he managed nonprofit enterprises that provided employment for people with disabilities. He has more than fifteen years of experience leading people and organizations. David has a doctor of management degree as well as a graduate degree in psychology. His first book was The Four Factors of Effective Leadership. His newest book is The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness.

Recently recognized as one of the Top 100 keynote speakers in America alongside Tony Robbins, Bill Gates, Al Gore and Marcus Buckingham, Ryan is a leading expert on Culture, Engagement, Communication and Leadership.
He serves as the USA Sr. Associate with Employer Brand International, an advisory member on the SmartBrief Workforce Council, is a certified Human Capital Strategist and professional member of the National Speakers Association. His consultancy develops strategy and communication design to help companies more effectively connect to their two most important audiences: employees and customers. Commissioner Berry was elected to the statewide office of Commissioner of Labor in 2000 after serving eight years in the N.C. House of Representatives. She won re-election to a second four-year term in 2004 and to a third four-year term in 2008. Berry is the first elected female Labor Commissioner in North Carolina’s history. She is a native of Catawba County and currently resides in Newton, N.C. Her goal as labor commissioner is to make North Carolina the safest state in the country for workers.
