Theme: Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice…The Dream, The Research, The Practice
Background: In its early days, NTL Institute took the latest thinking about human interaction and used it to profoundly change our understanding of group interactions and development as well as personal growth.
Purpose: The NTL 2011 Annual Conference and Meeting will feature prominent speakers as well as numerous salon sessions to engage in dialogue and discussion on the implications of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice in our world today. It is an opportunity to bring together and compare what we are striving for (The Dream), what we continue to learn (The Research) with what we do (The Practice). We hope you will join us for this highly participative, inter-active, integrated and celebratory event.
Opportunity: We welcome NTL members, alumni, students, OD practitioners and colleagues in the Applied Behavioral Sciences, along with other disciplines. The event will offer opportunities for you to connect, re-connect and meet new and old colleagues in a spirit of learning, inquiry, reflection and creation. It promises to be a tremendous learning experience for everyone involved as well as an opportunity to re-dedicate ourselves to fostering Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice throughout our work — for ourselves, the people we serve and the world!
Conference Location: The 2011 NTL Annual Conference and Meeting will be held at the Marriott San Mateo San Francisco Airport.
Schedule: NTL members are invited to join us for the membership portion of the event on Thursday afternoon, August 25th and Friday morning, August 26th. This portion of the event will include the NTL Business meeting and networking event for NTL members.
NTL invites alumni, students, educators, OD practitioners, clients, colleagues in other disciplines, and the Applied Behavioral Sciences, to join us for the NTL Annual Conference beginning at noon on Friday, August 26th.
