Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices or accept checks and purchase orders. We accept American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 26, 2012. A refund of the meeting, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by May 26, 2012. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 26, 2012. Submit all requests to APLU’s Event Registration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. APLU regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If the meeting is cancelled by APLU, paid registrants will receive a full refund.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and in writing. Subsitution requests can be sent to email@example.com. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, APLU meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to APLU’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
