Badges
Official conference badges must be worn at all times to gain and maintain access to the conference venues. Proof of registration and a photo ID will be required to receive your conference badge.

Special Interest Meetings
You may request space for special interest meetings online. Please remember to check the conference website after February 1, 2012 to confirm your room. All requests are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is a limited number of meeting rooms available so make your requests early.
