Pete Palmer, director of General Dynamics’ EDGE Innovation Network, will speak Sept. 6 in Madison, Wis., during the sixth annual “Resource Rendezvous.” The one-day conference is aimed at helping companies learn how to increase their chance of receiving federal grant dollars or research agreements. Produced by the Wisconsin Security Research Consortium and the Wisconsin Technology Council, the event will be held 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery on the UW-Madison campus.
