When asked what was beneficial from the 2011 Southwest BLC, participants responded:
Exellent way to showcase how integrated technologies can be used as tools to not only improve teaching and learning, but change the manner in which public schools educate.
Wonderful sessions and speakers on important web tools and how to implement into schools
This conference had a huge impact on me as it created a shift in my thinking about technology. The combination of ideas and exposure to practical, implementation possibilities was excellent.
There were many useful computer applications and learning techniques that I can bring back to my campus and district and present for use to other educators.
Great practical applications. Very student focused.
I loved the wonderful examples of technology.
I just enjoyed the opportunity to be with my leadership team and reflect.
The keynote presentations were very inspiring.
Everything...best overall conference I have ever attended
