    This course will be taught by Donan Engineering. In this course you will learn the impacts of damages cause by Wind and Hail to asphalt roofing. You will also be provided with the science and design guidance behind determining potential sources of water intrusion as well as the resulting damages.

    Building Materials and Scoping a Loss - Property Lab 2/27 at 8:00am
    This course will provide a two-hour review of current building materials used in today's construction and will be held in the Wardlaw Property lab using Wardlaw's 1,200 square-foot cutaway house, complete with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Adjusters will walk through the home and discuss best practices when scoping a loss.

    This course will discuss the most recent commercial materials used in construction today. Learn about scoping a commercial loss, ways to improve as a commercial adjuster and ways to set yourself apart.

    Flooring Basics - ITEL - Tornado b - 2/27 1:00
    ITEL will teach this course that includes a review of carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood and tile flooring terminology and how certain specifications can affect flooring claims (e.g. delamination, installation issues, durability, pricing). The class concludes with a brief ITEL review including how ITEL can assist with a variety of flooring issues, disputes, etc.

    This course is open to all adjuster interested in working daily claims and cat claims. National Lloyds is a large insurance company that has claims across the country. This course will discuss best practices when working claim for National Lloyds as well as best practices when creating estimates and scoping the loss.

You will also have an opportunity to learn about recorded statements and ways to improve your skills.
